Brendan goes Blond then Blue and Finally Bald for Blindness! #3B4B

My name is Brendan Vote and I am the founding member and one of the directors for Tasmanian Eye Institute. I have decided to do a three part fundraising appeal (#3B4B). My hair will go from its natural colour to blond, blue and finally bald to raise money towards the build of Australia's first dedicated Ophthalmic Gene Therapy Centre right here in Tassie.

Kate, Karen and Chris raised a whopping $855 for Tasmanian Eye Institute to go towards to build of our Gene Therapy Centre.

Glaucoma is a complex, genetic eye disease that affects the optic nerve (this connects the eye to the brain). There are many types of glaucoma, and you can find out more information on these types here.
Hemifacial Spasm

We are based in Tasmania to help our local community and our broader Australian community, with the aim that our impact will be felt globally. Our head office is located in Launceston with a satellite location on the North-West Coast.
