Brendan presents at the AUSCRS 2020 Virtual Meeting as Thing 1

Brendan presented at the AUSCRS (Australian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery) meeting in November.  The 2020 conference was held as a live virtual event owing to COVID 19 restrictions.    Brendan delivered a presentation during the Challenging Cases and Complications as Thing 1 from Dr Suess to help raise awareness of his 3B4B fundraising appeal.

Tasmanian Eye Institute is raising funds to build Australia's first Ophthalmic Gene Therapy Centre being built in Hobart.  Dr Alex Hewitt will be the leading ophthalmologist using CRISPR technology to treat patients with genetic eye diseases.  Brendan has personally raised over $60,000.00 from his personal appeal, 3B4B (blonde, blue then bald).  Donations are still being accepted for Brendan's appeal.
